The following full-time vacancies are available for the 2008-09 school year:

 

Director of Student Personnel Services
Start date: July 1, 2008

Goal:  To provide the necessary educational leadership to develop, administer and supervise student personnel services within the two district high schools:  Hanover Park High School & Whippany Park High School.

Program responsibilities shall include:

  1.  Student guidance and counseling services.
  2. Section 504 pupil accommodations.
  3. Student Assistance Program including substance abuse and crisis counseling.
  4. Standardized testing including HSPA testing.

Qualifications shall include:

  1.  NJ Director of School Counseling Services Certificate. 
  2. NJ Certificate as a School Counselor.
  3. A minimum of five years successful experience as a secondary counselor.
  4. Demonstrated administrative ability.
